Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake about 45–55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool a little before slicing.
DYSG Tip: Too dry? Add a little more zucchini. Too wet? Bake it a little longer. Still questionable? Call it rustic.😂

You'll need: 6–8 ripe tomatoes, 1 small onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil, 1 cup broth, ½ teaspoon salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon sugar if needed.

Make it: Cook the onion and garlic in the butter/oil for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, broth, salt and pepper. Simmer for 20–25 minutes. Blend until smooth. Add a splash of milk or cream if you want it creamy.
DYSG Tip: If it's too thick, add broth. Too thin, simmer longer. Still doesn't taste right? Put cheese on it. Cheese has covered up worse decisions. 😂

Grab whatever you have:
Potatoes • Carrots • Onions • Tomatoes • Corn • Green Beans • Peas
Plus 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and whatever seasoning you like.
Do this: Chop the vegetables into chunks. Throw everything into the crock pot. Pour in the brot
